ABOUT IMPERIALAPPLY

About ImperialApply

ImperialApply brings application preparation for selected Imperial Business School master’s programmes into one place: Career planning, two Personal statement answers, three-essay consistency checks, question-bank review and mock interviews. ImperialApply is an independent online service at imperialapply.com.

Application preparation built around the questions

Each answer has a different purpose. Career planning explains direction, PS establishes fit and values, and interviews test how you communicate and reason. Our application preparation pages connect these tasks without turning them into the same generic essay.

Your evidence leads application preparation

We use clearly labelled original examples to explain structure. Personal experiences in those examples are fictional, not admissions success stories. Responsible application preparation means checking your own facts and following the rules in your application portal.

A specific programme context

Thirteen programme entry points keep subject differences visible. Five finance programmes share specialist source material; each still has its own landing pages and access context. Your selected programme stays attached to your preparation, saved answers and reviews.

Independent and transparent

This independent preparation service is not affiliated with, operated by or endorsed by Imperial College London or Imperial Business School. We do not offer admissions guarantees. Content availability, account access and any paid scope are stated separately so you can understand what is ready to use.

About imperialapply: what independent preparation means here

Independent preparation helps you examine your own evidence and practise explaining it. This site supports application preparation through original guidance and tools, with applicant privacy built into the separation between public examples and private work. Independent preparation does not certify an answer or predict an admissions decision.

About ImperialApply: an independent preparation service

About ImperialApply explains the purpose and boundaries of this website. The service supports applicants preparing written answers and interview responses for selected Imperial Business School MSc programmes. Read About ImperialApply before using a feature if you need to distinguish our preparation guidance from information issued by the university or its admissions team.

About ImperialApply: the applicant remains the author

About ImperialApply starts with a simple responsibility: applicants provide their own experiences and decide what to claim. The writing workflow reviews a draft and suggests local improvements. This section of About ImperialApply explains why a polished sentence still needs personal checking, especially when a suggested change affects responsibility, certainty or the outcome described.

About ImperialApply: three written answers with distinct purposes

About ImperialApply distinguishes Career planning from the two PS answers. Career planning explains a future direction; the other answers address school fit and contribution, then values demonstrated through action. In About ImperialApply, this separation describes our preparation workflow. Applicants must still follow the questions and limits displayed in their own application portal.

About ImperialApply: feedback supports revision

About ImperialApply describes single-answer review as content feedback, language suggestions and facts that need checking. The joint review compares the three answers for contradictions, repetition and coverage. Read About ImperialApply with that distinction in mind: agreement between two passages does not prove a fact, and an assessment is not an admissions prediction.

About ImperialApply: examples teach a method

About ImperialApply explains the role of original fictional examples. They show how notes, an outline, a draft and a review can connect. The examples discussed in About ImperialApply are teaching material, not accounts of successful applicants. Use their reasoning to inspect your own work; changing a fictional employer's name does not create personal evidence.

About ImperialApply: programme context matters

About ImperialApply covers a service organised around thirteen programme contexts. Examples and specialist preparation reflect different subjects rather than assuming that one answer suits every application. The programme distinction in About ImperialApply also matters for access: shared source material between finance subjects does not automatically grant a user access to every finance programme.

About ImperialApply: interview preparation is a separate activity

About ImperialApply includes both reviewing question categories and practising a complete set. The practice composition uses five public categories and a specialist question. As About ImperialApply makes clear, this is our preparation design; an applicant's invitation determines the actual assessment. Original sample questions are not presented as guaranteed questions from an admissions interview.

About ImperialApply: public guidance and private work

About ImperialApply separates public examples from personal drafts and practice records. The standalone free character checker processes text locally. Signed-in editors can automatically save drafts; submitted answers and reports can be stored in your account. Read About ImperialApply alongside the privacy policy for the feature you use. Some editor flows temporarily retain drafts in browser session storage. Public examples remain separate from your private application material.

About ImperialApply: audio and transcripts

About ImperialApply explains that spoken practice can use audio transcription with consent. When enabled, temporary audio is sent to Groq for transcription. Correct recognition errors without replacing your actual answer. The distinction documented in About ImperialApply is practical: the camera can provide a preview, but video is not recorded. A transcription error must not be treated as evidence of what an applicant intended to say.

About ImperialApply: access follows the selected offer

About ImperialApply describes the product's scope rather than granting access to a feature. Basic and Pro are monthly subscriptions for writing and interview access to one selected programme. They provide 300 or 600 credits per billing period respectively; monthly credits expire at the period end. Check About ImperialApply together with the current pricing page and account information. Eligible active subscribers can purchase 200 extra credits, valid for 365 days. Extra credits do not extend the subscription or unlock another programme.

About ImperialApply: third-party AI processing

About ImperialApply includes a clear distinction between local tools and AI reviews. To generate feedback, relevant submitted text, the question, programme context and chosen feedback language are sent through OpenRouter to a model provider. A consistency review includes all three answers. About ImperialApply summarises this process; the privacy policy explains processing and retention in more detail. Do not include unnecessary identity documents, confidential employer material or another person's sensitive information. Provider practices vary, so we do not promise that every provider has identical retention settings.

About ImperialApply: a record you can revisit

About ImperialApply describes reviews as a sequence of saved submissions rather than a replacement for your own document. You can revisit the original answer alongside its feedback and prepare another version. In About ImperialApply, revision means deciding which suggestions fit your evidence: structure, clarity and grammar changes still require judgement. A report may be incomplete or mistaken. Keep your own copy of important work, check factual claims and never treat an automated score as an official admissions assessment.

About ImperialApply: billing and support

About ImperialApply points you to the price and credit cost displayed before a paid action. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation and requesting a refund are separate actions. About ImperialApply summarises our voluntary refund conditions: request within 72 hours of successful payment, with no credits from that payment consumed and no expiry. Mandatory consumer rights and qualifying billing or service failures remain subject to the refund policy. Use the help page for available support options and consult the full terms before purchasing; this introduction does not replace those policies.

About ImperialApply: check changing information at its source

About ImperialApply explains our role as preparation support, not the final authority on admissions requirements. Applicants should verify programme resources, deadlines and submission instructions through official information. Return to About ImperialApply when deciding what this service can help with: clearer reasoning and useful practice are preparation outcomes, while admissions decisions remain outside the service's control.
