1 · Evidence notes
English sample notes: separate observed work, future intentions and missing evidence. The situation is invented for teaching.
- Student team explored a service for sharing equipment.
- Early conversations revealed access timing mattered more than the original feature list.
- Interested in innovation project roles, later testing a venture; no customers or revenue.
- Preparation and fallback plan: I would look for early roles involving customer discovery, experiment design and coordination of a small test. To prepare, I plan to turn the equipment project into a record of assumptions, observations and decisions, including ideas we chose not to pursue. A product-operations role could build relevant skills if it provides contact with users and responsibility for follow-through. I would prefer that learning to a title suggesting innovation without clear duties. Before committing to a venture, I want repeated evidence of a problem, a workable way to serve it and a realistic understanding of the costs involved.
- Progress check: I would judge each step by what it teaches me about the problem and the means of serving it, rather than by the appearance of rapid growth.
- Discovery: approval-seeking questions brought polite encouragement; recent-behaviour questions exposed timing needs. Separate actual events from reactions to the pitch; no commercial validation.
