1 · Evidence notes
English sample notes: separate observed work, future intentions and missing evidence. The situation is invented for teaching.
- Prototype improved an average metric but evaluation was uneven across segments.
- Student can code but struggled to explain business consequences of errors.
- Previously ran a short code-review session; proposes paired technical and business explanations.

- Answer allocation: explain the learning gap here; keep the detailed correction/conflict episode for the values answer, and the job-search sequence for career planning.
- Evaluation role: compared results, added group sample counts, found a small segment’s percentage sensitive to a few cases. Could explain why to retain the row but struggled with the business costs of different errors.
- Peer plan: pair a description of the financial decision with an inspectable code example; ask both presenters to identify a limitation. Previous code review showed that understanding a variable mattered more than polishing style.
