1 · Evidence notes
English sample notes: separate observed work, future intentions and missing evidence. The situation is invented for teaching.
- Equipment-sharing idea changed after exploratory conversations.
- Student replaced approval-seeking questions with questions about recent behaviour.
- Would offer peer interview practice; no programme facility or founder network verified.

- Answer allocation: explain the learning gap here; keep the detailed correction/conflict episode for the values answer, and the job-search sequence for career planning.
- Discovery: approval-seeking questions brought polite encouragement; recent-behaviour questions exposed timing needs. Separate actual events from reactions to the pitch; no commercial validation.
- Contribution: bring three interview questions, replace prompts inviting praise, ask peers whether follow-ups still assume an answer. Share abandoned assumptions, not only a polished pitch.
